Anyone know how this compares to a park tool stand?

I've had a Park PCS10 stand for a couple of years. It is nice because as it clamps a tube (like the seattube) it also works with bikes where holding the bottom bracket tube won't work and you can tilt the bike under every possible angle. But for me it turned out to be annoying because it always tends to swivel around the telescopic vertical tube. It needs a lot of clamping force to keep it from doing that but the top assembly already won't clamp any tighter. I eventually gave it to my neighbor and personally went back to my old Tacx Cyclestand that may not be that flexible but at least stays put. Most of the time I'm working on my BMX and hardtail mtb anyway. This Feedback stand is closer to the Park one though considering the price and the fact that it is being used professionally makes me think that it performs better, despite the Kashima coating. Haven't used it but I expect it to be better than Park. But yeah, I'd say only get something this flexible if you need this level of flexibility. Several brands (including Feedback Sports) have a model with a horizontal beam that holds the bike under the bb and/or one or both axles. If I'd get a new stand now, I'd get one of these. It may not allow you to tilt the bike upside down, but it probably allows you to orient the bike in all other positions you really need. The Tacx Cyclestand is nice, stable, cheap and local produce (for me at least) but it may not work with all bikes you like to work on.
