Enter to Win An Assos Prize Pack - Pinkbike's Advent Calendar Giveaway

Dec 13, 2019
by Pinkbike Staff

CONTEST NOW CLOSED. The winner of the Assos Prize Pack is Pinkbike user carabelli .
Congratulations carabelli

Prize Details:
• TRAIL Cargo Shorts
Take the concept of adaptable, all-mountain shorts to a new realm, made possible by streamlined tailoring and progressive materials. They’ve been developed with a waistband that smoothly holds the shorts in place, a cut that’s trim around the crotch to avoid saddle snag, a length that’s ideal with or without pads, and a versatile new fabric that flexes with each pedal stroke. Pair with the Trail Liner Shorts for all-mountain coverage, unrestricted comfort, and lasting support.

• TRAIL LS Jersey
Light, protective coverage on the trail is something we welcome, but it usually comes at the expense of bulky pads and extra layers. Those days are behind us, as we’ve developed a new long-sleeve trail jersey that incorporates a touch of added coverage right where you need it most.
Striking the perfect balance between light protection and breathable comfort

The prize includes:
• Trail Cargo Shorts
• Trail Long Sleeve Jersey
• MSRP $298 USD

Learn more at www.assos.com.

To be eligible, you must be logged into your Pinkbike account. If you don't have one, you can sign up here.

There will be new prizes revealed every day in the lead up to Dec 25th so check the Advent Calendar daily on the front page of Pinkbike and make sure you enter for a chance to win.

Winners will be notified via the email associated with their Pinkbike account within 48 hours of their name being drawn.

Happy Holidays!

  • 2 0
Bike shorts here are 170$, I buy cheapos for like 40$ 50$.
  • 28 0
Targeted at those with cash to pay someone else to wipe their Assos for them...

It has TWO pockets, my $120 shorts only have one pocket, that alone is worth the price tbh
  • 3 1
Assos is fantastic quality that last years and years. Far longer than their styling stays in fashion.

Why wear shorts when jeans are clearly more winninger!
  • 2 0
@gcrider: There is no effing correlation between paying $170US for shorts, and them lasting for years. Are they gently cupping my nuts at that price?
  • 2 0
@Kramz: fox has sales in their stuff for around $50
  • 2 0
@bishopsmike: I've some bibs from '07 that continue to cup & aerate gently. Sadly this prize pack doesn't include a chamois, and cargo shorts are a poor use of pockets.
  • 5 0
 For $170 I will @bishopsmike:

I think you will struggle to find shit bike shorts at that price. @bishopsmike: groundeffect.co.nz are consumer direct that is also great quality, last for years , and Maybe more affordable for you.
  • 2 0
@ceecee: Truth: must admit Assos bibs are the bomb, took years of searching to find something cheaper that my taint likes as well. As for pockets: snag-able forearm zipper on jersey & bouncy cargo pockets on baggies? WTF, do Assos designers actually take tires off the tarmac? Even for skiing, pocket placement is way too low to be functional!

 @gcrider: considering...

@ctd07: I have a pair of cutoff old wranglers that are actually great riding shorts.
