Words: Chris Brasher Photography: Mark PakulaRecently the Inaugural Sh*tbox Enduro took place in Sydney in an effort to raise funds for Kidney Health Australia, a cause close to my heart. The premise was simple, buy the sketchiest and cheapest clunker you could find and have some fun racing a mellow four stage Enduro at the Mill Creek Mountain Bike trails in Lucas Heights.
The event was a total success, the rain held out with smiles and laughter in abundance as competitors battled the terrain and mechanical issues. In the end we managed to raise $1150 for Kidney Health Australia and everyone took home some fantastic prizes thanks to our awesome sponsors: Cyclery Studio, Huck The World and The Wetseat.

This is a cause very close to me, Kidney Health Australia have done so much for my father and my family, this is the least we could do to help.
Thanks again to all the riders, sponsors and supporters of the event. Couldn't have done it without you.
