 @chainspotting: hope Finns arm is all good. Gonna be sore for sure, laid into that root hard. Can’t believe Loris got up like nothing happened.

 You see I thought it was my fault for picking Loris that the tree jumped out and got him. I managed to not even notice that Myriam Nicole wasn't even starting due to her injury (hello medical box beside her name!). There should be some sort of Booby prize for me picking the stupidest team! I had a non-starter, a crasher, and it went downhill from there.

 Guess who were the two riders I went for without hesitation. Yep, Finn and Loris.

 @Rugbymurf: You got nothin on me. I was top 500-1k overall last year, and did well in CWX etc close to/in drawing for prizes... please no one check my showing for this round. I hang my head in shame. Please earth open and swallow me now. Off the top of my head, I had at least two non-participants, a couple mediocre picks, and... that was my random team I picked at the creation of the league.., I realized my error shortly before the deadline, about 4:30 am. Tried to change it but fell asleep before hitting save. My one sort-of comfort was, "Well, at least I remember picking Loris. That's one good thing; I'm guaranteed a few points that way." Let me edit that. A few points. Literally. 3. Stinking. Points. I'm in the late 20k's, close to 30k ranking, maybe 176 points or so... can't remember and don't want to.

 @chainspotting How funny would it be if Gee (for example) in the interview after the race said something like:

"yeah, if chainspotting could please remove me from his fantasy team, that'd be great, he's messing with my stuff!"

 Im still gonna go with Minnar, because Fort William.What are the chances he would crash there 2 years in a row?

 Edit: Not 176 points. I just rechecked my score, and I got, wait for it, 177 points! Bring on the confetti!

 He's some sort of Fantasy MTB Psychic... He has 2nd place and the same points as 1st place in Fantasy EWS also.

 @chribi: ah, i saw they updated the rules at least where there was an error in the scoring table.

 For simplicity’s sake, we’ve stuck to 5s and 10s. You can see the points scale we’re working with in the rules.

 Gwin has been consistently bad since switching to 29 inch wheels. He's either crashed or simply been beat. Just sayin'!

 @rezrov: yeah he's under 6' so don't be surprised if he shows up on 29/27 next race. Now tall guys like Minnar need a 33" for the front. Seriously.

 @rezrov: This was Gwins SECOND race on a 29er. The word "consistently" cannot be used to describe two races that was half a year apart.

 @Boardlife69: Eh, all DH racers use very small sample sizes. Gwin also crashed during practice in Val Di Sole (which put him out for the season), and he won the last race run he had on a 275.
