We're heading into the final round of the Fantasy Enduro Presented by Shimano. So far over 20,000 Pinkbike readers have picked their dream Enduro World Series team to be in the running to walk home with a Pivot Firebird 29er carbon frame kitted out with Shimano XTR and other prizes!

Read on to see all the prizes up for grabs during the final round, learn more about how the league works and increase your chances of taking home a prize. See who is racing by checking the live updating and searchable form on the Enduro World Series website. Just scroll down and click on ‘Participating Riders' to see who is entered into the race.

There are prizes for each round, so if you haven't already, make sure to build your team today! If you've already got a team in the mix you're in the running to win the Grand Prize, so visit the Fantasy homepage to make sure you have the fastest team possible for Round 9.

With the change in format for the Trophy of Nations, we'll be changing up our Fantasy League scoring accordingly too. Every rider on a team will get points equal to their team's finishing place. All three riders on the winning team will get the maximum points (500 each), all three riders on the second team get second-most points (450 each), and so on. So if you have Florian Nicolai, Kevin Miquel and Dimitri Tordo on your team and they win for team France, you would get 1500 points. But you could also have one rider from Team France, one from Team GB, one from Team Australia to try and spread your chances. If you want to make some changes to your team, you can do so here.

3-Day Blackout Period

In order to avoid players copying each other's teams, all rider selections will be hidden for 72 hours before each race. Start playing mind games with your friends that you know are shoulder-hopping your choices.

Unlimited Trades

You're allowed unlimited trades after each round. You can stick with what's working, or change your whole team out after every race.

Injury Icon
photo

We've added an injury icon to show high profile athletes who are injured. This is not foolproof or exhaustive, so you'll still need to do your own research into your picks. If you know of riders who are injured, mention them in the comments and we’ll keep this updated.

Office Leagues

Employees at Pivot, Muc-Off and more are battling it out behind closed doors in their Office Leagues.

Offices can set up private leagues in addition to playing the main public league. Let the trash talk begin!

I'd like to know if sarahmoore did manage to crush it this year?

Top 5 in our office EWS Fantasy league so far. Not a podium spot in this discipline unfortunately...

@sarahmoore: how many in the office league? Wink

Why hasn't the format of this race's fantasy league hasn't been changed to reflect the team nature of this event? Wouldn't it make sense to have us pick three men and three women?

There´s many riders on the team´s list not available for the Fantasy Leage. At least 10 or more I counted, can you please update rider list with all the new riders on the nation Teams please

So hopefully someone corrects me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the smart thing to do in this case be to pick the lowest cost rider per country? Because essentially you are picking the country to win not the specific rider? As long as you know who's on each team. For example, for the women you can pick only two riders and let's say I'm thinking that either France or Canada will win. Then instead of picking each country's strongest and therefore most expensive riders (Courdurier and ALN) I could save money and just pick Miranda Miller and Melanie Pugin? (looks like Jennifer McHugh (CAN) isn't even selectable). Make any sense what I'm thinking?

Makes total sense. IMO, I'm not sure Fantasy should even be including this event because it's so different than the rest of the season.

 SSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH! Wink

It won't let you have 3 female riders?
  • 4 2
I don't like the idea of it being purely the team result. it should be individual rider as normal then a bonus for the team result
  • 4 0
Have you read about the format? All 3 riders of the team are racing together and its the total team time that counts, so it makes sense.
  • 1 0
@miguelcurto: I have, hence my comment.
An individual not in a competitive team (Maes) or not in their national team (Dailly) can still win the overall event. I think it's incorrect that there would be no points for that rider. Should still get 500 points for individual winner, then a bonus 100 or something for being in the best team.

@mark-88: but daillys not even racing. Saturday and Sunday are completely different events.
Also a good team strategy would be to let the slower riders go first, because Maes can catch them near the bottom minimizing total team time...which sort of nullifies individual results.

@Jimmy0: I presumed everyone would be racing on the same day, and those not in teams would circulate ahead.
It's a cool idea, but feel like it's a missed opportunity. If the individual event is meaningless, what's the point in top riders in lesser nations even bothering?

enduro doesn't have a world champs, so this event could work as a hybrid crowning a one off champion as well as Trophy of Nations team competition

i mean it's all irrelevant as no one gets a prize anyhow Smile

still waiting..... ????
  • 1 0
Did you win and not get a prize?
  • 1 0
Maybe they're distributing all the prizes at the end.
  • 1 0
Yeah, I'm thinking all the prizes will be shipped at the end of the season. I'm also hoping all the first place prizes will be leveled up to the XT groupset. The first placed prize for the first round was a set of brakes.
  • 1 0
How are the rider points going to be distributed will it still be done on the fastest on the day getting the 500 or will all 3 riders from the winning team get 500 each?
  • 3 0
"All three riders on the winning team will get the maximum points (500 each), all three riders on the second team get second-most points (450 each), and so on."
  • 1 0

  • 1 0
i got mine from round 2 a week ago so it takes some time
