So all I need now is SPD shoes, and learn how to use them Big Grin

Get their Multirelease cleats for about $10-13. That way you can just slide out your foot rather than have to pivot. Makes the learning process way easier!!!

And there goes my good result from last week....
Why was Blenki not racing this one?
  • 3 1
It was mentioned on WynTV that Blenki wasn't racing the EWS this week.
  • 5 0
@Verbl-Kint: I got burned by that, too. Didn't watch WynTV. I checked Blenki's social media, and got the impression that he was still in NZ/Aus region, so I figured he'd be racing. Oh well. Looks like I'm toast for the year after only 2 races ;-)

Pumped! Thanks Pinkbike for allowing me to prove my superior eye for talent. I really only wanted to beat my friends and getting some free gear really cured my hangover. Much appreciated!

It's all fun and games until you get an IRS 1099 for a $200 jacket you won on Pinkbike 9 months from now.

Congrats Rowena for grabbing a podium! (and helping me grab a fantasy podium aswell!!)

@pinkbike do we get in contact to receive prizes?
  • 1 0
Gutted, I had Martin and Flo along with Isabeau so I assumed I would win big, but so many cheaper riders got top 10s that predicting the podium didn't pay off at all
  • 3 0
You really need decent points from all 6 team members to get over 2000 points. It is very hard to predict, but maybe more predictable than DH. DH my riders would keep winning qualifying and then crashing out in the green on their race runs. Wasn't ideal.

Ouch. Top ten this round. Those 4 places and 70 points to a prize seemed so enticingly close, but yet so excruciatingly far.
  • 1 1
How did you guys pick over 2.000.000$ worth of riders? Like I'm stuck with 1.5mil and just cannot get the setups that the winners get? Hooooowwwww? Big Grin
  • 2 0
I'm getting there. Only 4498 places to climb. Bring on Madeira!
  • 1 0
