16:09 PDT We are still waiting for the top-ranked Elite Women to start on stage one but we have seen that Vali Höll has decided not to start today.
16:28 PDT The top Elite women are now hitting the first stage with Australian XC racer Zoe Cuthbert currently leading followed by George Swift and Amy Morrison.
16:36 PDT Barbora Prudkova is the first of the top-ranked riders to break into the top three as she goes just over four seconds back on the current top time set by Zoe Cuthbert.

17:11 PDT While we wait for the second group of Elite Women to complete the second stage of the day the current leader is Leanna Curtis with a gap of 2.86 seconds to George Swift.
17:48 PDT After a server error delayed live timing we now have the results for the Elite Women on stage two. Bex Baraona tops the stage with Hattie Harnden five seconds back in 2nd and Barbora Prudkova in 3rd.

17:55 PDT Moving to the Elite Men it is currently Hugo Pigeon who leads with a gap of just 0.54 seconds to Charlie Murray.

18:10 PDT The top-ranked Elite Women are just starting the third stage now as Gloria Scarsi currently leads with a 3.84-second gap back to Leanna Curtis.
18:18 PDT There will be a slightly longer wait than expected for the second group of Women on stage three as there is a course hold for repairs after a rider crash.
18:27 PDT The rest of the Elite Women are now completing stage three with Andreane Lanthier Nadeau coming into third so far 6.15 seconds back.
18:29 PDT It's Raphaela Richter who now takes third going 5.58 back.
18:31 PDT Hattie Harnden looks to be back on her 2022 form as she goes fastest so far, finding 1.77 seconds on previous leader Gloria Scarsi's time.
18:32 PDT Bex Baraona goes into fourth as Ella Conolly takes the lead by just 0.45 seconds. The British riders seem to be going well today in the Elite Women's racing.
18:33 PDT Isabeau Courdurier takes sixth as she struggles with a leg injury picked up from practice. A sixth for Isabeau means Ella Conolly takes the stage win.

18:41 PDT Next up is the top-ranked Elite Men and as they start to lay down their runs the current stage leader is Bradley Harris who is ahead of Mckay Vezina by 0.58 seconds.
18:44 PDT Jack Moir is sitting 6th overall after stage two and currently has just put himself into third on stage three. There are still quite a few riders left to run but Jack is fairing better this week than in the opening round at Maydena.
18:45 PDT After some top finishes on the first two stages Slawomir looks to have slowed down slightly on the third stage as he currently sits in 6th place.
18:46 PDT Jesse Melamed has now taken the lead on stage three pulling ahead of Bradley Harris by 1.37 seconds.

21:00 PDT As we reach the final stage the current stage leader after the first group of Elite Women is Chloe Taylor. Following Chloe is Gloria Scarsi 4.28 seconds back with Lisa Baumann four and a half seconds off the pace in third.
21:44 PDT The final Elite Women are just about to drop in with the order now matching the current overall standings for the race. The times are tight between Hattie Harnden and Bex Baraona with these two riders being last down the hill.
22:18 PDT As the final group of Elite Women start on stage six it is Kate Weatherly who takes the lead finding almost five seconds on Chloe Taylor.
22:19 PDT Raphaela Richter almost closes the gap as she takes 2nd place, 0.21 off the pace.
22:21 PDT Morgane Charre goes fastest so far by a sizeable 3.6 seconds.

21:00 PDT As we reach the final stage the current stage leader after the first group of Elite Women is Chloe Taylor. Following Chloe is Gloria Scarsi 4.28 seconds back with Lisa Baumann four and a half seconds off the pace in third.
21:44 PDT The final Elite Women are just about to drop in with the order now matching the current overall standings for the race. The times are tight between Hattie Harnden and Bex Baraona with these two riders being last down the hill.
22:18 PDT As the final group of Elite Women start on stage six it is Kate Weatherly who takes the lead finding almost five seconds on Chloe Taylor.
22:19 PDT Raphaela Richter almost closes the gap as she takes 2nd place, 0.21 off the pace.
22:21 PDT Morgane Charre goes fastest so far by a sizeable 3.6 seconds.
22:23 PDT Only a small gap splits Morgane from Isabeau Courdurier as last week's winner settles for 2nd place.

If you did something like create a rule whereby no elite competitors are allowed to ride any of the course in the month leading up to the race then it would help (unless if you live within 50 miles or something to cover locals). Anyone caught is instant DQ.
