After some wild racing the results are in as Red Bull's 2023 urban DH series concludes on the streets of Mexico.

Camilo Sanchez put down an incredible run to best Jackson Goldstone by a massive two seconds on his enduro bike. Jackson Goldstone is in great form as the race season kicks off and a second place at his second street race is a great result for the first-year Elite racer. Felipe Agurto completes the top three rider, just under three seconds off the leader.

Jackson is going to be a PROBLEM in elites this year! Look out!

And Jordan Williams. I expect a two man show as last year in juniors.

@mactrack: Will it happend ? Remember Iles, Daprela and others : dominating in junior, and struggling after

@philippec555: but when those riders where the best juniors, they weren’t putting down the fastest times on the mountain. Both Jordan and Jackson have already been the fastest person on the hill a given day.

@c25porter: we do have to remember the track is going to be a little faster when the juniors go.. but still it’s impressive and says a lot. Those urban dh races are a different animal that South Americans have mastered and it’s insane to see Jackson do so well in a pretty foreign style of racing. I’m so stoked to see those two televised and see how they hold up on race day against the big dogs. The seasons almost here!

Camilo Sanchez in the Enduro had very impressive run...Tomas Slavik is made from steel, what a nasty crash. He finished the run, that was insane. This series need more venues for the next year,2 or 3 races more. Peru and Brazil would be nice. I bet they can find more places with crazy stairs and streets.

Curious as to how much the bike choice impacted the timing. Listening to Rob commentating other than Jackson the majority of the top times were on enduro bikes due to the pedaling required on the course. I’m guessing he rode the bike he was most comfortable with.
