 Holy crap, Kate is fast!

Also apparently Neff stopped to check on another racer who crashed into her, so that no doubt changed things

@russthedog: I was there... Kate was already took the lead from Jolanda before that even happened. Sure, Necf stopping made the gap bigger but Kate was already commanding the front.

Good on Neff to check on her fellow riders. Here’s hoping for a clean race next week!

Been following Kate on the gram, she’s been crushing it in the gym this winter, looks like the process is paying off. Races are won with work and suffering in the off season. Keep it up Kate!

Switzerland is a long ways from Canada. Just saying. Everybody does their final race prep different. Lots of riders doing local races as their final WC prep, others are actually travelling to Europe on the weekend. I am sure the only reason Kate is there is because she races for a Swiss Team.

@WhatAboutBob: not to mentio that's it's an Olympics qualifier year...

@clink83: Kate isn't chasing point. She is one of the top riders in the world, she is going to get lots of points at world cups.

The Canadian riders on the other hand should be chasing points. With Pendrel's injury last year and Batty's nonexistent spring there is a good chance that one of the top 3 is going to be missing Tokyo.
