So excited for racing this weekend. Should be super dusty and totally AWESOME! I love hot fast rough blown out tracks. And on top of that there's slalom? Oh yeah, it will be rad. Probably aren't running the top though which is a bummer, unless the somehow fixed the upper lift.

I tried to get more info on that detail, but no one returned my calls or emails at Ski Bowl. I'm curious how Petr is going to handle this......

Yeah definately. They'll probably just run the short course again. I do love blasting Cannonball, but that top lift isn't the greatest... Who knows. Maybe they'll bring in shuttle trucks.

As of today- We are running from the same spot on Lower Bowl...........bummer- I do better on longer courses. I did get a DMC Moto TImer to improve that # though....see ya Sat Lloyd!

damn i want to be out there, but the opening of colonnade will be just as good. hopefully i'll win a new saint group for the dh. that would solve some of my problems. lol. course looks sick. too bad i won't have time to check it out when i come down in a few weeks.

How much is it to race the DS? I'm broke after my truck dying, so not sure if I can afford to race the DH (sniffle, tear, sob), but I've been itching to get the 4XXXX out and work it again, and I assume the DS will be a bit cheaper. Any insight?

Barring that, Post Canyon is free, and I have some more goals to achieve before the snow comes...

$20 will get you racing for the day... provided you qualify well enough to make the cut. Lots of riding for not much cash. Plus, we need more cowbell in the woods... "I gotta have more cowbell"

It's $40 for racing DH with Saturday practice, and another $20 for DS. Gotta learn to pre-reg. He was asking about Slalom only though.
