Rude Lodge Morzine Partner with Fox Head Europe
Mountain bikers frequenting Morzine in the mid 2000's will probably remember the 'Paradis' nightclub for all the wrong reasons. Known as 'the other nightclub' where many wouldn't dare venture, stories of awkward French DJ's, a one-hit wonder pop-star owner and a vicious guard dog known to take chunks out of clients. All of that has changed but the pink leopard print upholstery, strip poles and flashing dance floor remain in the underground Paradis club. The decrepit hotel and restaurant above has been fully renovated and is now run by Rude Chalets for winter and summer seasons. FOX head clothing have partnered with Rude Chalets on this side of the Atlantic and with Snow Summit in the US (more details on that soon). The idea behind these lodges is that their athletes have a base in key MTB centres for training. FOX associated dealers/ partners will also have access to the lodge which is also is fully open for the public, offering hotel and hostel style accommodation, great food, a stocked bar and a great vibe. You may also have the chance to chill out with some of your riding heroes.

Widely regarded as Europe’s best MTB destination, Les Portes du Soleil boasts the worlds biggest MTB area which includes 12 linked resorts, 650kms of signposted bike trails, 5 bike parks, dozens of downhill runs, enduro loops & 4-Cross tracks. Hosted by former DH World Cup Mechanic Loïc Delteil and coupled with the chance to ride with Fox Head team members Tahnee Seagrave, Myriam Nicole and male team riders still to be announced, the week is set to go off! Open to all levels of riders from complete beginners to advanced and catered to both men and women there’s no excuse not to get involved! Dates: 12th – 19th July 2015

| For Fox, this was the perfect opportunity to offer our riders a base to ride from, and the perfect way for us to work with the end consumer and show that we care about the scene in the key mountain bike resort in the Alps. On top of that we have somewhere to product test, all the staff in the Rude Lodge are keen riders themselves, they can see if the kit will stand up to a full season of abuse and give us feedback. | Yeah man the Rude Chalet, I think they really have the vibe for mountain biking, Ithink it will become a great meeting point. The bar is awesome, good to chill out with good music and good beers. Morzine is one of the best riding areas in the Alps, and it's great for the customers that there will be Fox riders staying here that they can talk to. The bar and cafe are open everyday for breakfast and dinner. The Paradis Nightclub is open 3/4 days a week from 11:00pm until late. There is dormitory and twin room accommodation totalling 36 beds. Ex - Commencal/Andorra Team world cup mechanic Loïc Delteil is the full time on site bike mechanic for any repairs of bike servicing.
