I snapped my chain on Dirt Merchant. It was the fastest I had ever gone - which was still slow.

The suspension works better without the chain, on a steep track without flat sections it could be faster

@madbob9: i think the head is the best improvment of loosing the chain, the pressure on you eases off and you pin it and try to atack as best as you can
