For the fourth consecutive year, Saalbach Hinterglemm invites you to this festive bike and party gathering. From the 12th to 15th July 2018, the biking paradise will once again host the GlemmRide Bike Festival. International stars from the world of mountain biking gather for the top-class FMB Gold Slopestyle where they will demonstrate their best tricks on the unique course, speed junkies will whizz down the track at the Reiterkogel in the downhill race. Over 50 exhibitors will present the most up-to-date material for testing. The finest sounds, of different genres, will be provided by DJ’s and live acts over the four day period, ensuring that the atmosphere is electric.

FMB Gold Slopestyle
The urban course which takes riders over the terraces of the 5 Star Superior Hotel Alpine Palace and the legendary Goaßstall slope is undoubtedly the highlight of the festival. The start is located at the party location called Goaßstall. Over boner locks, massive dirt and hip jumps, step ups and step downs, a river gap straight to the finishing area at the main stage at the centre of the festival. Who's on board for the show? Riders like Tomas Genon, Nicholi Rogatkin, Tomas Lemoine, Antoine Bizet, Szymon Godziek, Diego Caverzasi and many more.

GlemmRide sends you to Joyride Whistler
Rough diamonds can be made of golden boys: The GlemmRide Slopestyle will award a wild card for the Joyride competition in Whistler. If you can impress and convince the judges with your skills at the Gold Event in Saalbach, you’ll be off to Whistler to participate in the FMB Diamond Contest.

Speed and adrenaline at the Specialized Rookies Cup presented by iXS
Sunday will see the downhillers participate in a speed discipline which will take them over roots and stone passages, tables and gaps. The course, newly designed in 2018, promises riders and spectators a spectacular action-filled race. On the 2.3 kilometres long track, both experienced and junior racers will battle it out for the fastest time.

A colourful side programme and freeride paradise
There is also a varied programme on offer for visitors to the festival. Whether it be the Bergamont Pumptrack Session, E-Bike Safari, Ladies Ride or technical training with the professionals. For those who don’t want to be just spectators, the GlemmRide Bike Festival offers numerous opportunities to practice in all disciplines of Gravity Bike-Sports. Also, there are 400 km of marked mountain bike trails, 5 mountain lifts with bike transport, as well as plenty of single trails and downhill tracks just waiting to be discovered in the surroundings of the festival venue.

GlemmStreet unplugged and Party with M.O.D.
No real bike festival is complete without great parties! Look out for the legendary Masters of Dirt! Anyone who has attended an M.O.D. party knows that the memories linger for a long time. In addition, local bands and DJs drum up an atmosphere on stage, in the bars and around the Expo Area. Those who just can’t get enough of “Ride, Party, Sleep, Repeat” can round up the festival weekend at the GlemmStreet unplugged session.
