Video: Golden Hour On The New SuperMorzine Trail
We were lucky enough to get the go ahead from the Avoriaz MTB trail builders to film the night before the official opening, the trail features a whole load of big jumps and berms providing what the area has been lusting after for a long time. The trail builders in the Morzine area have really stepped up their game over the past 2 seasons building amazing new trails and maintaining them all throughout the season.

Are there any new intermediate friendly trails all the way down Super Morzine to Morzine itself yet? Last few years I've been out with less experienced riders and they always end up having to finish with a whizz down the road or scare the bejeezus out of themselves on some steep rooty, rutted trails. It usually puts them off so we just end up not riding Super Morzine side as it's more fun for them to ride down into Linderets and down past Lac Montriond instead. Which is a shame as the newer stuff on the top half is great fun.

You can return to Morzine via the "4x4" trail that brings you out in L'Ele, Montriond. It's all signposted. No need to take the road or the steep rooty trails.

You need to take super morzine cabins then zore chair lift. It looks great!
