What a sick guy, love cedric, guy has balls and has always been rapid, that canyon gap picture was everywhere and in all the magazines. Almost as impressive as the Dave Watson's peleton jump picture. There should be an interview compilation with all the winners, depends on whether or not they can find Tyler Klassen, guy was SIIIIICK!!!! But where the hell did he ever get to?
Someone will confirm this but I thought I remember seeing a few years back he was working or work/owner of a bike shop somewhere. BC interior, or perhaps vancouver somewhere...unless you mean your trying to find super t's. They are hanging in my garage...
He stopped riding competitively a while back. He was at the last rampage though, seen him in some pics hanging out with the riders. he is def a legend.
Dude this is the truth! He was the sickest rider ever. The reason I got into gravity or even knew it existed. I would love to see something about him on here.
with a battery in it to live stream the cam... amazin tech evolution. I saw this back in the day on those DVD things you used to buy. We waited months for them to come out to see it.. times have changed a little...
Wow never realised how fucking gnarly Cedric was. Josh Bender was nuts but Cedric was nuts and stayed on his bike without nearly killing himself every time!
Ahhh yes....first gen rampage will always be my favorite. Like old school punk..raw..riders out ripping shit being mountain bikers...freeride at it's pinnacle that shaped what we have today....minus the VW car commercial's.
@Catsick: Yes! I was there in person watching, his Gemini looked huuuge, like an xxl. I remember Wade Simmons walking up to our group and we absolutely froze with awe. He puts out his hand and is like "Hi, I'm Wade!" We bought like 3 Rocky Mountains after that.
Tyler used to run the Bike Brewery in Abbottsford.
I have this edition of rampage on dvd as well (earthed 1 is my only vhs).
Respec though Ced.
