Help Save Quebec's Biggest Jumps - La Mamota Trail

bigquotesThe Marmota Trail has been a fixture on the freeride mountain bike scene since 2009. Created by Michel Lachance, several people have joined the Marmota team over the years to build Quebec's biggest jumps. They've been 100% hand-built since the very beginning of the Trail. The site is inclusive for the less experienced to the experts. La Marmota was the birthplace of a generation of bikers. It's known by thousands of people from all over Quebec and the world.

The world of cycling is currently in turmoil. Quebec City's elected officials have ordered the closure and dismantling of 15 years of quality work and passion.

I'm calling on everyone who has been anywhere near Marmota Trails to sign the petition and put the pressure on! Everyone can make a change, no matter how small.

Marmota Trails is more than just a jump site, it's a big family with a common passion: cycling.

If you're in a position to help, or know of anyone who can, we'd love to hear from you! Talk about it, share it on networks and in the media.

Thank you for all your support!
Mike, Philipe and Eric

This spot is world class, such a shame that once again quality workmanship can't be recognized properly and that the easiest path of destruction gets chosen instead of common reasoning

Such a gem of a network. Incredibly high quality jump lines. The only place around where we can get actual air time and learn how to ride big jumps. Let's keep it alive!
