Hub-A-Palooza is returning to its regularly scheduled time in 2021! April 17th and 18th will bring enduro and downhill racing back to Beacon Hill in Spokane Washington. Having had to postpone the race last year until September, it is exciting to see it moving forward at its normal time this year. With a four-stage enduro on Saturday and two separate downhill races on Sunday, this should be a fun weekend!
The courses have been announced and trail previews are now live! With racing having gone so smoothly last year, the race organizers decided to stick with the same courses this year to hopefully replicate that same success. It is looking to be a good turnout as there are already more people signed up to race in 2021 than in 2020! Race registrations will be capped, so if you're looking to race you better register ASAP!
ENDURO COURSES /
1 – Wiggler > Yard Sale
2 – Commitment Issues > Master Blaster > Scared Cat
3 – Pop Rocks > Penny Lane > Hot Gates > Myth
4 – Deep Thoughts
One day, two downhill races on different courses
DOWNHILL COURSES /
Course 1 – Artificial High > Hollywood
Course 2 – Bomber
Lastly, don't forget to join for the unofficial Dirt Jam / High Jump Saturday afternoon after the enduro! Gravity Line was just rebuilt this spring and is running as good as ever!

And they beat the pants off of Moscow in terms of diversity of trails (though, we're working on improving that). From trails that would be great to introduce your kids to riding, through stuff I'll likely never ride.
But, your bike park down there in Boise is awesome. A great way to put those Albertsons $$s to use.
EDIT: Did the math. For comparison's sake, Moscow Mountain's riding area is about 6.5 miles by 2 miles (though, hard to calculate because it's a patchwork of private landowners who allow trails on their land) - with 83 miles of trails on Trailforks (though I think that's including some of our doubletrack/access roads).
That's 6.3 miles of singletrack for every square mile of riding area.
Beacon is about 2-miles by 0.8 miles, with 46 miles of trails listed on Trailforks.
That's 28.75 miles of singletrack for every square mile of riding area.
Boise doesn't build legit downhill trails like Beacon has. There is a new trail SWIMBA is putting up called "Pick Your Poison" which should be legit.
