The Incycle Race Team underwent some changes for the 2015 season. In its 12th year of existence, the team has refocused on downhill racing, with some enduro races thrown in for good measure. Although the 3 man junior squad of Bruce Klein (Alta Dena, CA), Jarod Hanson (Corona, CA), and Andras Simon (Foothill Ranch, CA) tends to get most of the coverage, there is a 20+ grassroots team that is the foundation of the program. Besides the local races in Fontana and Bootleg, look for the juniors to be racing Pro GRT's, National Championships and the two North American rounds of the World Cup Series.

Sponsors: Incycle Bicycles, Intense, DVO suspension, Kenda, IXS, Spank, Bell, ODI, Shimano, Smith, MRP, Giro, Maxima and Scorpion Bike Stands.

MENTIONS: @mtbmaniatv / @intensecyclesusa / @DVOSuspension / @kendatire / @iXSsports / @spank-bikes / @BellBikeHelmets / @Odigrips / @shimano / @SmithOptics / @GiroSportDesign / @MaximaBIKE

Eh, you old guys can hate how nice of bikes they have, but these guys work their asses off to earn those things. Race results, consistency, and overall incredible riding ability doesn't come easy. That's why they're sponsored and probably (hopefully) going pro in the next couple of years.

Great video boys, killing it! And thank you InCycle for giving young riders a chance, it's a great thing you're doing.

I love my Intense 951 DVO edition! Intense 4 Life!

We'll see how they do at nationals next weekend, there are kids out there that have no sponsers that work their asses off and are really fast too.

They'll do well. They get consistent top 10s and Bruce has won 2 of the pro grts

@MX298 of course. There are tons of unsponsored shredders around the world. I said what I said only to defend these guys' hard work and sponsorships. Never meant to imply people who aren't sponsored aren't fast and/or hard working.

So sick that I live and ride in the same areas they do. Seeing how good they are on the local trails here in SoCal encourages me to be even better. Rock on guys!

They have the coolest bikes ever

Did I miss the old guy comment saying these kids should be riding crap? I buy a new 6k bike every two years and would hope I am some of the reason these kids are on these bikes. Bikes are life and like daddy says money can't spend itself.

Incycle has been around since I was a young expert in the late 90s. Good on them for sponsoring talented, young riders.

Anyone think these kids should be on crappy bikes? I only ask because every time a high end kids bike comes out the old farts club comes out with a speech about how in their day they hucked on a huffy both ways in the snow. Clearly these young guys are awesome and deserve good gear, and I bet the other even younger guys on the team are deserving of bikes that won't hold them back.

Definitely agree - these kids are crazy good and fast and deserve top notch gear like this. It's a shame people have to nag you when you ave good gear. We are all here to ride anyways.

it would be silly to expect them to compete at a top level with mediocre gear. some people seem to blur the lines between a young racer getting race gear vs a 16yr old having daddy buy them a ferrari as their first car.

So I wonder why I got so many negatives.

people probably only read the first statement....typical of PB 10yr olds

Great to see. This is how you go the sport!
