Hope your belongings show up soon Ben, thanks for putting out yet another great video. Love the ghosted segments showing the comparison of different lines, keep up the good work.
My guesstimate for the race 1) Loic for the win 2) Amaury for a puncture 3) Finn to crash out
Don’t get me wrong I’m not wishing ill on Amaury or Finn, these are simply my predictions.
All you can hear is suspension & rims being battered, & that’s just one section of the entire track. Best of luck to all the racers, it’s going to be incredible to watch.
I have not ridden MSA for over 10 years, but, when it rains-which it always does, its a savage beast. This was a great look at what the riders have to go through, respect.
At some point (not sure now) that drop was officially closed except for WC. A lot of wannabes would wreck themselves trying it. That's massive. Even in the winter with about 2m of snowbase you see it sticking out. As years went by, this was becoming almost a drop to flat right into a 90° turn. Last year you could see bikes bottoming out big time at landing. Something had to be done. Leave it as is and they may open it up for the mere mortals...

Enjoying your segments more and more.
So Ben, would you say in general that the outside line is generally faster in the rain?
Would you say that's kind of a rule of thumb?
Dry inside, wet outside?
