See one do one teach one. Teaching has made an immense improvement on my own riding so if you're interested only for selfish reasons, it's well worth it on that alone. In addition, you get to help others enjoy this awesome sport and help support an organization that is responsible for making Washington an awesome place to ride.

I think it'd be good if they expanded their horizons a little bit. Nearly all of their classes are just "Intro to MTB 1" or "MTB Techniques 1" etc. What about classes that go into their double-black trails, develop style/tricks, etc.? "Backflip Lesson 1", "20 Footers for Chumps", "Basic Tricks 1"? Hire some people that can teach that stuff!.. hopefully someday...

I would love to teach a "How to build & ride dirt jumps" class if it would bring more diggers out to my spot

EMBA does actually teach a trail building class a couple times in the spring. You should approach them about jump building. Unless you're only looking for people to build on your own jumps. For that, you'd probably have to go independent of EMBA.

Talk to them about the dirt jumps at Swan Creek - I think they're planning on rebuilding/expanding them soon (like this spring/summer?) so you might be able to get involved in that!
