Knolly Bikes is now accepting applications from riders who are interested in competing on Knolly Bikes during the 2010 Season. The Knolly Grass-Roots Sponsorship Program is open to qualified individual athletes and teams that are based anywhere in the US and Canada. For riders and teams based in BC and Alberta you must apply for Grass-Roots Sponsorship through your local Knolly Dealer.Riders who qualify will receive special pricing on Knolly frames and build kits. If you think you qualify and want to ride a Knolly email a resume/proposal to chris@knollybikes.com with “Grass-Roots” as the subject. This program is only open until December 1st, so hurry.

Update from Knolly

“We have received so many applications for Grass-Roots sponsorship that it is becoming difficult to respond to everyone. Thanks for the interest! What we do know is a lot of riders want to ride a Knolly next season, which we are ecstatic about. Since we can’t possibly sponsor everyone that has applied we have decided to launch a promotion with our dealers in North America on all our models. If you pre-pay for a 2010 Delirium or 2010 Podium by the end of the year you will receive a Pre-Pay discount. In addition we will be offering discounts on Endorphins and V-tachs through our dealer network until the Holiday Break in late December just to say thanks to everyone for their support. Also we still have a few 2009 Deliriums left that are priced to sell. Contact your local Knolly dealer for details.
For all the International riders who have felt left out of our Grass-Roots program feel free to contact our International distributors as many of them are accepting resumes for their Knolly Grass-Roots Programs. If you have any questions email chris@knollybikes.com."

Thanks and Happy Trails

Cheers,

If that's how you feel, then this bike is not for you. Sponsorship happens on many levels and from your comments, I think you are a ways away from becoming a sponsored athlete.

They're a small company, they can't sponser everybody.

this is true. hopefully their new dh rig is successful and gets them some more publicity

knife... if more people have their frames and like them, more people will hear about it and buy knolly. its a good strategy.

they would probably sponsor alot of people but give you less benefits since there are more people sponsored and that they are still a company that has yet to be noticed by the big mtb world

how good do u need to be? and do u need to send in a promo video or something?
  • 2 0
you will most likely need to send them a few pictures or a video to prove that you can actually put their machine to good use.
