Martin “Marty” Sinai Rayman of Kentfield, California is the winner of a fully-decked-out Scott Gambler with components from Avid, DT Swiss, Lizard Skins, Rockshox, SRAM, Syncros, and Truvativ.
A second draw will take place on October 15th. Up for grabs: a fully-loaded Santa Cruz Nomad."I can’t wait to try my new Scott Gambler on the trails of Mt. Tam and some day in British Columbia!", said Marty. "I have two sons, in their 20’s who are also avid bicyclists. One leads bicycle tours in Italy. They are sure to be envious when they come home to visit and see my new bicycle. My wife is also thrilled as she is happier when I am cycling on the mountain than on the roads. Thanks!"
Marty has been bicycling as long as he can remember. He started bicycle commuting in 1973 and fell in love with bicycle touring in 1974. Four days a week he bikes to his pediatric dental office. In 1985 he discovered the joys of off road riding on his Nishiki ten speed. In 1988 he rented a mountain bike at the Northstar Ski Resort and came home and purchased a Bridgestone MB-1. With a trail-head up to Mt. Tamalpais a mile from his home, he was hooked. He is on the mountain with his pals twice a week. When my MB-1 was stolen, he moved up to a Specialized Ground Control and discovered the joys of dual suspension.
Congrats Marty!
