Dirt jumping is the bees knees, and learning a new trick is what keeps us coming back for more. So let's stop wasting time and get in to it.
Since heel clickers is a high commitment trick, you are lucky if you have a mulch pit to practice with, but your favourite jump spot will do. You must be doing no footers before you attempt this trick, confidently sticking it to the pedals every time.
Being comfortable and relaxed is key and pretty darn flexible is also going to make this trick a little easier. Don't be afraid to stretch before doing this trick, safety first. You're wrapping you legs around you're arms while flying through the air. Landing this trick is definitely something you want to achieve, a little core strength will help too.
Wear appropriate protective gear. A helmet for sure, leg pads and other gear is up to you, but the above picture was meant to inspire you to add a little padding your legs.
