LES ARCS ENDURO2 presented by DirtLej: 2nd-4th JULY 2021
One of the few International races still to go ahead last year in the midst of COVID-lockdown and travel-bans, The Enduro2 Pairs-Format Global Series is back in 2021. With new venues in the pipeline, the series is opening this year with its Original (and some say, still the best) venue: the lift-accessed-natural-singletrack-fest that is Les Arcs, French Alps.
For those still suffering from COVID-related anxiety after the repeated failures of 2020, Enduro2 is offering risk-free entry and guaranteed 100% refund if either you, or they, are forced to cancel for pandemic or covid-travel-related reasons.

Well, technically, yes it is a race. There's even a podium, and everything. Whilst the focus is, as ever, on baggings as much epic trail as you can in one weekend, it's also a rather civilised affair. There's no stopping at a tent to grab a few jelly babies and a banana in this race. Instead, there's time for a sit-down, two-course meal at a mountain restaurant between stages (with a 15 minute lift-ride straight afterwards, to let it settle a bit before the next 800m+ on-stage descent).
We hope that most of you will be too busy re-living the best moments of the weekend - together with your riding buddy - and probably whilst enjoying a cool beer, to pay much attention to who actually won.
Believe us, with over 2 hours on-the-clock racing and well over 10,000m of on-stage descending crammed into 3 days, there will be plenty for you to talk about.
Expect your favourite stages from previous years, plus some brand new, never-raced all-natural singletrack stages for 2021 (We know that's what you're here for!).
And remember, The Only Time That Counts, is Having a Good Time.
Organisers trailAddiction with local Les Arcs partner 4Events have seriously upped the anté this year....Continuing the good vibes into the evening, with comfortable, secluded woodland accommodation directly at the base of the trails. Complete with onsite bar, bike storage and with generous meals included in the package, all served onsite together with your fellow riders. After all, The Buzz of a Good Ride is Better When Shared, right?
Entries are limited to 300 riders (150 teams), but you'll need to get in quick this year since a good chunk of those entries are already taken in pre-entries by riders who were not able to make it in 2020 for COVID-related reasons.
(Enduro2 organisers offered to refund or carry-over all entries for those that got caught out, even though the race went ahead for those that could still make it. Unsurprisingly, almost everyone who missed out in 2020 opted for a guaranteed entry in 2021, rather than have their money back!).

The Tour de France is passing right through Race HQ (Bourg St Maurice) immediately after the winners will be stepping down from the Podium.

Planning a Road Trip?
The Passportes Du Soleil is the weekend before Enduro2 (25-27 June), but its a tough call to make because the UCI French National Cup (DH) is right here in Les Arcs this year at the same time (25-27 June).
After the Enduro2, it's only a short trip down the valley to jump right in to The MegAvalanche (Alpe d'Huez), which kicks off in the week immediately after Enduro2 (5th-11th July).
