PRESS RELEASE: Memory Pilot

Step 1: Go to www.memorypilot.com and click custom... Done!

Memory Pilot launched earlier this year with the Local Front MTB Fender. It was important for us to actually make the product locally in-house, so we invested in some equipment and got to work. We have built a nice little manufacturing facility for bike fenders right here in the USA and now it is time to give the riders the chance to go custom.

Memory Pilot custom designs are done with an easy to use on-line design tool. Get the fenders and frame protection you are stoked on!

The Product Designer comes loaded with 200 design elements. There are 34 photo backgrounds, and you can also upload photos of your own from your hard drive or your Facebook and Instagram accounts. There are 25 vector backgrounds and 42 vector designs that can be easily resized and edited for color and transparency. We also have 100 simple vector-based shapes that can be used too. You can add text, load any among hundreds of Google fonts, change its color, stroke, and even bend and twist it.

Your design is printed directly to the material using state of the art Digital UV printing. No wraps. No stickers.

Digital UV Printed Graphics are clean, crisp, and pro. Once you place your order, it will be printed in-house at the Memory Pilot workshop and ship to you within 5 working days!

The Fenders

You can customize both our Local Front MTB Fender, and the new Local Rear Seat Fender (USD$24.99 each). Both of these fenders are made from US sourced #2 HDPE which is easily recyclable in the US. HDPE is also very UV and temperature resistant and won't degrade over time in the sunlight, or crack in cold temperatures. We digitally print our fenders with high quality UV cured inks that are outdoor grade and look great in the elements. The front fender conforms to the shape of most all front fork archways for maximum clearance. The rear seat fender attaches to most any saddle, tapers from 5.125" to 3.5" in width to be useful with any size tire, and can even be used with seat rail mounted seat packs.

The Frame Protection Kits

We have partnered with BIKE ARMOR out of Bend Oregon to offer customization on their most popular frame protection products. All Bike Armor products are made in the USA and offer super tough protection against rocks, sticks, debris and even that nasty tailgate carrier.

The Bike Armor Lite Shield Frame Kits are made from 12mil PVC and offer over 21" of protection in 2 kits. The regular kit has 8 sections (two 8"x2" and 4 2"x1.325" pieces) and the large kit has 4 sections (two 10"x2.5" pieces and two 2.5"x1.325" pieces). The Bike Armor Tough Dome Downtube Protector is made from 1.35mm polyurethane and is flexible and shock absorbing making it perfect for carbon tubes.
