 they seem to have missed several countries with strong MTB scene. i am not talking about my country, we might still be too young in the field, but how about Poland for example?

 Yes, but much riders train at 40-50 seconds trails, or going to Czech Republic, Germany etc.

 save yourself some time and just come to Scotland!! It rocks!!! The trails are amazing, the scenery outstanding and the nightlife is wild! What more do you need!
