Mountain Creek Bike Park Opens This Saturday

The Mountain Creek Bike Park will open for the 2014 Season this Saturday, May 3rd. Coming off one of the snowiest New Jersey winters in decades, the Mountain Creek Trail Crṻe has had their hands full with battling the lingering snow and elements this spring. Despite the challenges, the park will be opening with 100% of our terrain for Saturday. Every one of our 49 trails has been cleared, repaired and groomed for Opening Day. Guests can also expect to see some new improvements and re-workings of some of the park’s more popular trails like Dominion (Expert Freeride Trail) and Break Out (Intermediate Flow Trail) among others.

Rains passing through the Northeast on Wednesday and Thursday should leave behind some epic dirt conditions for Saturday when the sun moves in for the weekend. Weekend forecasts are currently calling for cooler temps in the 60s – perfect downhill weather.

The Mountain Creek Bike Center will open at 8AM on Saturday for pass and ticket pick up and the Cabriolet Gondola will start spinning for guests at 9AM sharp! 2014 Season Passes are on-sale now through Sunday, May 4th at the pre-season rates. Guests who take advantage of this early pricing can save up to $60 off the in-season rates.
