Mt Wilson Bike Association -/Save the Trails

It’s time again for the annual Mt. Wilson Pancake Breakfast, April 27,2008, an event—now in its 19th year. Over 250 people stopped by Cobb Estate in the Angeles National Forest to eat breakfast, talk bikes, and win some of the 100-plus prizes raffled off.Since then, MWBA has sponsored necessary equipment purchases for local maintenance groups as well as door prizes and food for various trail work outings. This year, we have upgraded to nonprofit statis with the help of Pasadena Forward. We’re trying to grow the event in all areas: attendance, visibility, and of course, prizes to raffle off. With the help of out-of-industry sponsors such as Staples and UniCar Auto Body, the Breakfast this year is turning into a community-wide event. Mountain biking remains the heart and soul of the event. Special celebrity guests Gary Fisher And Keith Bontrager will be on hand to entertain and spread cycling knowledge.
