PRESS RELEASE: Industry Nine

Asheville, NC – From BC to NC, We Are One's carbon technology meets Industry Nine's Hydra hub platform, ushering in a new range of carbon mountain wheels. The collection includes the Ultralite 280, Trail 280, Enduro 315, Grade 315 and Enduro 355. The new carbon rims are built on a partnership with Canadian carbon manufacturer, We Are One Composites and are hand laid in Kamloops, BC. The rims are laced to Industry Nine’s proprietary hub and spoke chassis, featuring aluminum straight-pull spokes that thread directly into the hub shell. All rims feature Industry Nine specific layups, molds, and specifications designed to complement Industry Nine’s well-proven hub and spoke system.

In addition to being entirely engineered, manufactured and assembled in North America, the updated rims feature:

● Improved radial compliance due to a shallow rim depth as well as specific fiber placement and orientation.
● A thicker bead wall, to reduce the risk of pinch flats or damage due to impacts.
