Nicholi Rogatkin (USA) stomping a huge Cork 720 on his Downhill Bike at Suzuki Nine Knights MTB. "I never tried it before on my downhill bike or even considered it, but I was feeling it on the jump and after crashing it once I got it. As I'm aware it's one out of two ever done, so I'm stoked! said Nicholi.

Stay tuned for more action coming from Mottolino Fun Mountain in Livigno,Italy. The Big Air contest takes place on Saturday 5th of September 2015.

 I find it cool that he did it on Specialized's new Demo which is supposed to be downhill-specific. I guess the Demo still's got some of it's freeride heritage left in it!

 Not to hate but I find it kinda funny how people are like "didn't expect that from Rogatkin" but when he kinda emerged onto the whole MTB scene, he was basically known for his corks and cash rolls.. If anyone would do a cork 720 on a DH bike he's one the first people id picture doing it!

 Not hating on him here but I think this actually doesn't demonstrate his obvious bike handling skills. This is a trick he has done a hundred times before and now it's just on a different bike. Sure a big bike is much heavier and harder to jump but the motion stays the same. Seeing him racing through a rock garden at world cup speed would show more versatility. Just my opinion though

 There are at least three firsts here:
1. Rogatkin wears a helmet with a visor
2. A freerider actually rides the new demo in a comp

 martin soderstrom has been "freeriding" his demo too. The coastal crew had their new demos earlier this year. Semenuk did the first cork 720 on a big bike. Rogatkin said he uses a visor when he rides dh in an edit around slopestyle crankworx ( can't remember which) no firsts this time.

 and this was a 26inch wheeled demo. DTswiss doesn't make a ex 1750 rim in 27.5 who knows what other mods were done to his bike. IT's still so sick. just saying.

 He is good, but best to watch, nah, probably the worst. Bullet head, bar fucks, knees and elbows all over the gaff... Look at Ollie Wilkins, Justin Inman, or Mark Mulville to get an idea of trails riders that are good to watch.
