By Margus Riga While everyone in Vancouver and around the world was busy getting Olympic'd, the North Shore was having the best winter riding season ever. The snow line was at an all time low, and everybody was getting way high.
This three part photo essay is a look into what's been going on around here.
Hey everybody, here's the Olympics...just don't go anywhere near the place. Or, just go ride the Shore. It's empty.

Or go check out East Hastings street. They really put out all the stops to recruit the next generation of great people.

Or seriously, just go riding.

It's all right here, waiting silently for you to come play.

Ok, so there was a little snow for a week in February. But hey, usually right here at this time of year there's like five feet of snow. This little dusting didn't deter shit.

Knowledge in working with chicken wire will get you far at this place.

Knowing this dude will get you even further. The Digger, working at making my world and yours a better place, as always, and forever. Thanks champ.

Shhhhhh.

Old school is the new school.

Old school is still the old school too.

Brand new dad, Andreas Hestler out for a Sunday stroll.

...or not.

Dave Watson should be working on the new Sombrio spring lineup instead of riding bikes. WTF!

Brett Tippie, Ambrose Weingart, Ryan Berrecloth. Working on Sunday.

Thanks for killing it this morning.

No, thank you man!

Ok, someone get this guy on film.

Sick, got it.
Stay tuned in the coming days for part two and part three.
