This is my back garden, my playground, my place to grow up with my kids. This is what me and my pals do every day and we love it. Come back soon Curtis, and all who follow you. We have lots more trees and we're always happy to share.

Where does Keene do most of his training? Does he see much mud? Southern California has great weather for training and building fitness, but seems kind of limited in terrain types.

I follow him on Strava and a lot of his riding is in the Santa Monicas, though I doubt very much that he Stravas everything. A little bit in the OC, a little bit in Santa Barbara, and a little bit out of state...BC, Oregon...

Curtis Keene comes across as a really sound dude. Be it his attitude to riding the schlomp, ( a thing most likely very alien to him) his high fiving Greg Callaghan after a stellar first day or for just having the Craic and bants with the Irish lads.
It's possible with a surname like Keene there a bit of craic and bants in the genes though

In his last video he was doing Cholla repeats at Aliso Woods Park in Aliso Viejo, CA.

A little goofy at times but some of the better EWS coverage in these videos.

I really hope they make a movie covering the EWS like they used to make of the dh world cup.

I'm loving all these short films about both the DH and Enduro race scenes! All the filmers and editors are kicking ass!
