Adam Craig should have said nothing, or stopped early

 why he was right

He was right. All the way up till his last statement which was unnecessary.

did any one else find Adam Craig kinda douchy? especially in the "I bring a lot of snacks" part?
  • 6 1
He definitely comes off like that sometimes, but he's one of the nicest guys out there. And he's kind of right as well...
  • 5 0
no, he is right. That's one thing I can never get right, eating/drinking enough and energy management. It plays a massive part.

I really don't understand why you thought Craig was douchy, he only spoke the truth. having lived in Colorado for almost 4 years I learned that you have to drink at least a bottle of electrolyte an hour and eat enough to upkeep calorie burn. It's no joke out there, you have to stay fueled at elevation to sustain.

your parent must have forbid you to have snacks.
