Damn, this list is intensely missing something...if I could just trace it down, seems like a bit of a recluse.

It's definately not the most intense of deals.
  • 9 1
 Yes, I'm VeryPerPlexed about it.

The look on the wife’s face when I said, “All I want for Xmas is an M16.” Priceless.

Santa cruz has taken that spot now.

I personally don't dig companies that over-inflate the 'MSRP' on sale products in order to create false value.
CR is the biggest offender in the MTB world IMO.
FWIW, Mallet DH's list(right on Crankbro's site) for $169, NOT $204. And the ones on CB's website are obviously current product, NOT leftover 2015/16's that CR was able to buy for pennies on the dollar because they've been sitting in a warehouse for 2 years

I had a great job at a calendar factory , ended up Getting fired for taking days off.....

I had a great job at DT Swiss, ended up getting fired for being out-spoken. . .
  • 20 0
@rrolly: I heard you were tweaking nipples and giving rim jobs-not trying to cause tension just heard it was true...
  • 6 0
@OceanPhil: Did I say DT Swiss? Sorry, it was ODI. I couldn't get a grip.

Careful with Chain Reaction if it looks too good to be true it might be. I recently ordered some carbon handlebars that were a good deal and they sent me aluminum ones in a completely different colour, then they mysteriously went 'out of stock'. Now all I can do is return them and I'm out the duties and shipping I paid to get them here (they offered to pay to ship them back).

I ordered the nuke proof horizon carbon bars from chain reaction. Cost me just over $100 they arrived earlier than I expected and they preformed better than the Santa Cruz carbon bars and the race face six C carbon. I highly recommend them. Best carbon bar deal out there.
  • 2 0
@blueninja that doesn't really sound like chainreaction to me. That being said, I doubt they'll help you all if you raise a complaint. They aren't exactly REI in the customer service area.
  • 3 0
Hey blue ninja don't suppose you ordered the easton haven carbon bars. They did the same to me and sent blue aluminium ones and then said the same thing, out of stock ! I think since they merged with wiggle they have really gone downhill.
  • 1 0
about 4 or 5 years ago, I ordered a pair of shorts from CRC, and they sent me the female version. I didn't get reimbursed for shipping them back.
  • 10 0
 People still buy calenders?
  • 8 0
Had to sneak that calendar in there eh?
  • 8 2
 Pretty week attempt.
  • 8 0
Jenson is my go to bike shop. I love your deals.
  • 3 0
WTF ChainReaction!! Crank Brothers pedals at $114us on the picture, $80us just below that same picture! Then on their site, they are $170 cad!!!!!! Switch to USA and they really are 80.

f*ck you CRC!

I only watch "enduro specific" dvd's.

"I can't wait to get a set of Mavic Crossmax / Deemax wheels" said every Euro rider. Ever.
"Pls F**k off with those Mavic Crossmax/ Deemax wheels" said every Bike Mechanic. Ever.

I scroll up and down five times and see no intense deal. For real? Let me check again

The shocks on dunbar are not the posted price. Bit of false advertising there.
  • 1 0
They are definitely going for the same price as posted there. Our web site is being glitcy and not updating the price. We will get on that right away.
  • 2 1
Why when you click the link for the 2017 FOX DHX2 REAR SHOCK from Dunbar does it show the shock for $743.95 CAD and not $648.95 at advertised on this site?
  • 1 0
True of the other Dunbar listings too.
  • 2 0
@beast-from-the-east: Hey guys, apologies for that. Rest assured, they are the price listed here. Our new website is being glitchy at the moment and not updating pricing and stock. We are trying to sort out what's going on. Anyone who orders is at the price listed on the website will be refunded the difference until we figure this out.
  • 1 0
It was the same thing during the black friday sale!
  • 1 0
Jenson has the 2016 version of the DHX2 for around $300 last month.
  • 1 0
@FLATLlNE: Jenson won't ship Fox to Canada.
  • 1 0
@urinalmint: That is why I use a cross boarder pick-up/shipping service! For something like the DHX2, it would cost $5 if you could pick it up, $20-30 if you needed said service to ship to you. You should check one out. They give you an America address, you ship it there, they truck it over the boarder and then you make arrangements to pick it up or have it shipped to you. I've used this for Jenson orders many times when manufacturers have shipping restrictions, or when somewhere might have free shipping in the USA but expensive shipping to Canada.
  • 1 0
@FLATLlNE: Thx. I'll look into it. I'm 7 or 8 hours from the border but might be able to plan it around one of my trips south.
  • 2 0
@Timo82: yeah for that we advertised that we would refund the difference. We are still figuring out how to fully use our new website.
  • 1 0
@FLATLlNE: Wow thx for the info, didn't know they could ship something to us too!! But we must be careful with all the customs fees you can have though...
  • 1 0
@Timo82: most bike parts aren't subject to duty. Only to whatever tax you pay in the province.
They exception to that - complete bikes, frames, and assembled wheels.
Nearly all other parts should be tax only and duty free.
  • 1 0
@FLATLlNE: But if it's a america made frame, I think it is still duty free, am I right? What if it is a complete bike on this same america made frame?

Thank you for the infos! Smile
  • 1 0
 @Timo82: no problem Smile
I can't answer that for bsure. I know you will pay a pretty penny for duty on complete bikes, and a little less for frames, but you will still pay duty. And tax of course. I have a feeling it doesn't matter if it's American made....but I could be wrong. Those are so few however - American made bikes! Jenson is actually a good place to buy complete bike however, or frame or wheels, as they are set up to charges tax on the sale, and you won't get dinged with that duty like you would of the customs was brokered at the boarder.
  • 1 0
@FLATLlNE: I was looking at Guerrilla Gravity bikes. Pretty sure someone already told me something about the ''made in america'' thing but I'll do a quick google search for that.

Yeah I actually looked on Jenson for a Banshee or Knolly and it was a good ''at your door price''!!
  • 1 0
@Timo82: Do you need a Banshee Rune?! I have one for sale!

I have heard this also - imports from America being duty free. If it's the case, and you end up being charged then you can contest that and get your money back fairly easily, but it takes a while. Just make sure you have some support for that. There is a duty and Customs act, I would have a read of that. I know there is a section on bikes, but never did see anything on origin of the product. You will see this applied on other good, like fashion for example, pretty frequently.
  • 1 0
@FLATLlNE: Thank you, I'll take a look at that if I'm going with a USA purchase.

I was looking for a large complete Prime or Rune frame. Yours is really nice tough!!
  • 1 0
@Timo82: both great bikes! If you do buy with Jenson be sure to use active junky! Also, I would check out Canfield - they have some great frame sales on right now if building is up your alley Smile
  • 1 0
@FLATLlNE: Yeah I know but I have boost I9 that I would like to keep if going with 27.5''... But I'll keep an eye open for what they are coming with!! Smile
  • 2 0
That airborne.... just thank you for the sub $1k pricetag

It appears Dunbar's sale price is different on their website. $743.95 for the 2017 FOX DHX2, not $648.95 as stated here..
  • 1 0
Hey guys, apologies for that. Rest assured, they are the price listed here. Our new website is being glitchy at the moment and not updating pricing and stock. We are trying to sort out what's going on. Anyone who orders is at the price listed on the website will be refunded the difference until we figure this out.
  • 1 0
Trust me, avoid chain reaction cycles. I've been waiting 23+ days for my single item to arrive
  • 1 0
WTF!? It takes something like 7/10 days for me... but I now choose the express delivery option to have a ''to your door price'' and it takes 2 open days!! Something's wrong with your delivery..
  • 2 1
Oh yea my Ultimate Enduro Training Program is on sale baby!
  • 4 4
That airborne is a sweet deal brah
  • 2 1
 As usual, no deals...
