Should have let someone else take Rheeder’s spot if he’s going to cherry pick what events he’s going to do... would have been cool to other talented riders wanting to do the entire event.

Crankworx knew that he was only going to do DH, (he is still dealing with the knee injury) Prop's to him to showing up and racing anyway. I think he's an add-on and not instead of someone else. They have a good mix of established riders and up and comers for how hard the logistics must be.

Yup, hes a Slopestyle specialist , doesn't have to be good at every discipline but it was fun seeing him out there!

Pretty sure he's mostly there to support Casey and competing what he can afford to do with his knee!

 What happened to Kasper Woolley?

Crashed during practice, sat out the pychosis dh race.

Stupid crash. He stopped to looked at a Wet Dream and when he hopped back on his bikes had an unlucky crash and smashed his shin into a rock. He rode out but was chocked, he knew he was done. Too bad, he was riding strong and confident.

Pumped to see Casey Brown killing it!

Would be cool to see Casey join the WC DH circuit one day

@microfiz: Not a joke; just didn’t/don’t recall seeing her much outside of CWX scene, and mostly freeride...thanks for the link

 Yes Rhys! Crushing it!

The racing is tight on the women's side!

Hard to compute (Reeders name) on the bottom of any mtb list.

Yeah I feel like he was an addition to the roster because of his name and reputation. For an event that was supposed to have the riders competing in every event he has sat out the majority of them. If that was his intention I'm sure there were plenty of other good riders who would have gladly competed in all the events. It's a bummer because I always loved watching him compete.

@lifeofloon: he was super fast on some of the races at the first event, though. I'm wondering if he kind of gave up and stopped trying.
  • 4 0
@jayacheess: he was walking around kicking horse with a bandaged arm. I think he sitting out some due to injury

 @peytodog: ah, good info, thanks!

@peytodog: that's a bummer. I'd love to see how he compares to the others when he's healthy.

Great racing. Be nice to see the mens podium go at least 4 deep (?) seeing there are twice as many men as women competing
  • 1 0
I mean 4th is 4th, the podium is a bit arbitrary.

Wish I had know Rheeder was only doing a couple events, messed up my fantasy team lol

How can you watch these races on tv or internet?

I’d like to see PB do an article on all the riders DH and induro bikes!
