Some insane riding in this, kid definitely kills it, but I'm lost as to the concept or direction of the video... I struggle to see the correlation between a suicide dream, double back flips, resi ramps, bmx, and a hand grenade. It would make more sense if the rider came from a background of extreme hardships and overcame them, but from a viewers perspective it only reaffirms that mountain bikers are not good actors. Again, props for the gnarly riding, however, I think the intro would better suite an anti-suicide campaign where there would at least be some continuity in the storyline. Good editing and idea, but maybe mtb isn't the right genre for this one.

or maybe this edit just isnt for you. riding can be an extremely personal and emotional thing to do, and not everyone is going to experience and express it the same way. personally, i loved it and think the intro fit and made sense with the rest of the video, already added to faves.

i thought it was sick and origional and way more interesting than your averaage dj edit they put some real thought and the videographer claerly had the ability to film a wide variety of shots. acting was not bad for a bike edit also and the riding was beast

Maybe I'm way off, but it feels obvious to me that the video is saying "it's better to try & fail than fail to try".

It's saying that it's better to do something worth doing than to do something that's not or to do nothing at all.

It's saying that riding bikes is the right answer.

Not sure why Lester22291 is getting downvoted. What he said is 100% true. And seriously...the concept of the video really isn't hard to get. It is pretty straighforward.

Really enjoyed the intro, so creative and bold. The video really showed off all of Richard's riding style and progression. Nice that the edit featured more than one song too.
