Last day here at the Kamikaze Bike Games. Pro and Expert riders prepare to head up the mountain as the first rider is set to drop at 8am.
It was a little nippy at the top of stage one. Your first run down Bullet Downhill will warm you up quickly.
Ryan Gardner sprints out of the starting gate into stage one.
Megan Welch stayed focused in the loose high speed section, which has already claimed a few riders.
Tyler Weyman has no problem with this tricky loose off camber section. The Bullet DH rock garden was closed off, so riders had to use the go around.
Some weren't lucky this morning.
Amy Morrison charging down stage three.
Rich Gasaway had no problem with the steep and loose shoot at the end of stage two. For some riders, this was a little tricky.
Stage three used part of the Dual Slalom course from the previous night. Ryan Paquette stayed low over the last tabletop before the finish line.
Stephen Pipoly with plenty of style and speed.
It wasn’t hard to miss Marshall Eames on the course. Marshall flew through the rock garden.
Cody Johnson does it all, racing Downhill and Dual Slalom this weekend.
Teddy Hayden stayed smooth and finished 3rd in Pro/ Open Men.
One of the toughest races of the year for Lauren Gregg, but also the most fun she had on a bike in a long time. Lauren finished 3rd in Pro/ Open Women and 2nd overall in the California Enduro Series.
Also a tough weekend for Amy Morrison but she charged through it. She took home 2nd place at the Kamikaze Bike Games and won the overall in the California Enduro Series.
Essence Barton was another rider who competed in multiple events this weekend.
Essence Barton took a big fall at the end of stage four but even with the crash, she went and took the win in Pro/ Open Women.
It was a tight race amongst the Pro Men racers and Ryan Gardner took home the win here at Kamikaze Bike Games.
