From developing Virgin campaigns and M&S food radio adverts to leading Red Bull F1 activations, beers with Lewis Hamilton and shredding with Ken Block and Steve Peat. About the host: Adam Dayson has over a decade of experience in the action and outdoors sports industry. Having worked in brand management after graduating his degree in marketing, he later headed up the athlete and action sports marketing programme for Monster Energy across EMEA. He founded WorkWith in 2016 and has since worked in partnership with some of the most iconic action and outdoor sports brands globally. Dayson has been behind a host of action sports content including DEATHRGIP, VISION and multiple web series alongside representing some of the biggest athletes in the sport. He is a passionate rider that grew up racing BMX, 4X and Downhill alongside dreaming of being a pro dirt jumper. He is huge fan of the action and outdoor sports world but bikes will always be his number 1. This podcast is his chance to shine a light on some of the behind the scenes talent that often go unnoticed in the industry we love.
