Thanks @downtimepodcast love listening to your episodes! Good to hear that Katy is doing better after concussion - brain trauma is no joke. Hope you are able to keep the podcast going this year. Maybe find a mattress company to sponsor since all the pros answer "sleep" as the best thing they do every day

Thanks @Jvhowube I really want to be supported by partners who are relevant to bikes and riding, but like you say, I guess sleep is important to people who do a lot of activity!
