This week on the Downtime Podcast, I’m joined by Tahnée Seagrave. Tahnée started off the 2019 season with a win at the opening round of the world cup, only to be taken out in Fort William, leaving her with a serious shoulder injury. We chat about how Tahnée grew into the athlete she now is, dealing with injury, the prospect of 2020 being the most competitive season in women's downhill ever, and much more. So hit play, sit back and enjoy this chat with Tahnée.

The Downtime podcast with Ben Cathro is a fantastic listen. Really interesting to hear his thoughts about how Cathrovision came about and trying to race World Cups this season. Honest, witty and humble - top bloke!

I bet the rugby club were surprised to find it was a 24 year old lass doing donuts in their car park not the usual 17 year old Kevins!

I’d be really interested in a post-retirement Manon Carpenter interview. Her next steps in life are none of my business of course, but I thought it was an interesting and brave decision she made, so potentially an interesting listen if she is up for it.

@aps62: I think BIKE Mag did a feature on Manonand what she is up to a few months back. May not have been BIKE but I know I read an article about her in a print mag recently.
