2018 has been a blast. Pole invented and launched a new production method, set up a factory in Finland, launched two entirely new bikes and now presents a professional Enduro race team with two up-and-coming riders lead by a wealth of experience and talent. Since the company was founded, Pole has been introducing exciting new things every year. The biggest of it all has been the shift away from traditional carbon fiber route and inventing a groundbreaking new CNC production method to build whole bikes right in Finland. The Pole enduro race team is the next step and we couldn't be more proud of how it's all come together!
“It’s time to put our money yet again where our mouth is. Our goal is to climb to the podiums on the Enduro World Series and prove our concept at the highest level against other top riders and teams." - Leo Kokkonen
THE TEAMLEIGH “LEE” JOHNSONLeigh finished in position 25 after a full season of 2018 Enduro World series. Pole started supporting Leigh professionally on the season 2018. Pole sponsored Leigh with full support without a team. This year we go full support for him. Leigh is a solid rider who makes not too many mistakes. On season 2018 Leigh kept improving his secret sauce of performance and for 2019 we have a good receipt for new top results. Leigh is refrigerator size shy guy with a big warm heart and a humble attitude towards the sport and other riders. Nevertheless, he’s speeding up to the podium with no mercy to the other racers.

JOSEPH “JOE” NATIONJoe is a biker to the core. He’s been roaming the world of bikes since he was a teenager and raced everything there is to be raced on bikes. Joe calls his early downhill years in Europe as his “Mowgli days.” Joe is a very stylish rider but exits every turn with more speed than he entered the corner. Joe is a cornerstone of a good team spirit who is willing to help anyone to get better at what they do. Joe knows a lot about dirt, as he is a geologist but loves more riding than analyzing the soil.

MATTI LEHIKOINEN - TEAM MANAGERMatti is a legendary world cup winning downhill racer who is keen on sharing his experience and wisdom as team manager. From logistics to race strategy and technique, Matti's knowledge and raw speed will be a major key to racing for the top step this coming season.
THE BIKEThe Pole Enduro Race team will be racing the Stamina. The whole team is very excited about the bike, and they believe that they can go faster than ever with Stamina. The feedback was positive, and we heard a lot of words like: “huge grip,” “playful,” “consistent,” “fast". We believe the Stamina is the perfect enduro race weapon and we can't wait to see it flying down an EWS stage very soon.

6. SEAT TUBE ANGLE (EFFECTIVE) VERY STEEP
Lol, I totally thought you made that up. Nope, that's their stats.
Pole - Hold all three of my beers...
CNCing is an art.
Why does the geometry chart say:
1. HEAD ANGLE SLACK
2. REACH PLENTY
Why do I want to buy this so badly!?!?!?
Speaking of Finland, who knew there were so many palm trees there.
And i was serious at the end, that means a above was bs.

I think anyone that handles their money wisely and has an in demand skill, can easily write a check for these things. Not many can buy everything their heart desires, but with a paying skill and a bit of prioritizing, it should be cake to at least ride the bike you want. But look, something like 80% of adults don't even have $500 for an emergency. Doesn't sound like they are 'adulting' very well.
Also, from my perspective, the Ti cranks are a decent value My time is valuable enough that having a ride ruined every couple of years my snapped CF cranks is worth paying an extra $300 for that never to happen. I expect them to be the last cranks I ever buy.
Signed, a guy riding a $10K Mondraker that isn't a dentist but just a glorified trucker (I own 4).
Good choice on the cranks... If it's going to be something that's built to last then spend the extra I say... I just got myself into the sb130... Mixed and matched parts from my other bike.. Scoured the interwebs for deals on others and made it happen for a little over 5k.... Guess I'm on a dentist bike tho!
Cheers!
So... yes?
This is still ugly, nothing has changed, and Canada is still the poor's US child
But yeah this bike is ugly compared to the evolinks
I’m not sure what the Canada bit has to do with it. I’m irish and live in whistler. I think your just overall quite a jealous pink biker. Haha
Err, you might want to sit down...
what a unique machine.. almost VPP looking?
Geo numbers?
1. HEAD ANGLE -------------- SLACK
2. REACH ----------------------- PLENTY
3. TOP TUBE ------------------ UPRIGHT PEDALING
4. BB HEIGHT ----------------- NOT TOO LOW, NOT TOO HIGH

Nerd out on geometry charts and dive deep into the kinematics of a bike all you want, but there's no way to really tell how a bike will handle heinous climbs, gnarly descents, and everything in between, until you actually hop on and put tires to dirt.
Cranks are a dumb place to save 100g, but if you like pole then stupid decisions may be your bag.
I think i need to make my own cause everybody keeps f’n up. Either great geo and f up suspension, or great sus and pedaling on shit geo, or some mixture. Its not that hard to do right.
Next SLs break often (I've witnessed it 2x), I broke X01s and had a ride day ruined and could have really been injured, so the fact that I would never have that failure again (what if I was on a bike vacation and it was ruined?) , and after discounts was only spending a couple hundred above a new set of carbon cranks, it was worth it to me personally.
Yes they feel very direct and are a joy. No real weight savings, which I knew going in.
Beautiful bikes guys!

Err.... What's that in Freedom Units?
