LoamyMedia were busy on our recent trip out to RoostDH in Malaga. As well as covering the One Vision Global Racing team launch, we also got to spend some time with Will Jones. Will is a UK elite rider, progressing in DH since he started racing in 2009 and riding for Santa Cruz UK for 5 years. Despite having a full time job as a carpenter, Will has still managed to attend 3 world cup races in South Africa, Norway and Andorra. He is a very focused athlete and is determined to get himself the required UCI points to race world cups regularly from 2015 onward.

Will and Jack Reading are best pals and together there is never a dull moment, with banter constantly flowing. When they aren't ripping down the trails together, they’re constantly laughing and joking around, which is definitely a representation of how much they both live for the sport of downhill mountain biking. On the RoostDH trip a lot of the banter centered around the word ‘Hyen’, which according to Will, refers to a chicken. There was probably an explanation for it, but the guy is so funny nobody really cared why it was being said. The other guys on the trip noticed how well Will was riding, so decided 2015 was going to be his year, the year of the Hyen!

Will is feeling good going into 2015, with his first race in Portugal this weekend where he hopes to pick up those all-important UCI points. As is clear in the video he absolutely rips on a bike, so we wish him luck for the season and hope he gets the success he deserves.

Good Ole Willz..... Look at you getting a front page on PB!!!!! and all on your own lad.

Editing wise, there are many styles @Caistor-BMX. This arch's back to the days of the old editing style of the Dirt Produced video's and the likes. Not everything has to be over edited and super crisp. Variety is the spice of life buddy.

Not a lover of the tune. haha

I concour with you on that my friend, hence my reference to VHS BUT as a piece of promotional work - it's a bit of an odd choice?

Different is good as you break away from the mundane, usual drivel that is smacked all over the place at this time of year.

I saw this video when it first came out on VHS. Good luck to the lad, he looks quick but the edit is shocking.
