Mtbmagindia and Adventure Zone organised India's first pumptrack challenge in Kolkata this December.
The event was a one day timed event where riders from different parts of the country came together to compete and win. A 6 year old from Colorado was also one of the contenders. The event began as the sun was about to set and the tires were itching to rip the pumptrack dirt. The heat was building up on a cold December evening as the riders took to the 5 laps one by one. 52 riders competed. Each trying to beat the previous time. The top ten riders from the first round made it to the finals where the action was worth watching. High speed turns, crashes, and astonishing timings.
