Burgtec got me. I clicked on the Giro one cause I thought it looked more like a G that was right-side-up. Anyways, made me realize that some logos that are recognizable even when pixelated have done a good job at designing the logo and marketing the brand.

Nice to see how important a good Logo is. Didnt recognize my own Bike Manufakturen (Giant). But I guess nearly everybody would recognize the Specialized S even with the S only or the marzocchi M.

This could be an interesting bit of market research. After a week or 2 check the views on the photos. The ones that people struggled with will the ones with the highest views. If you easily knew it then you didn't click it, correct?

In fact, I bet that kind of information would have a value to advertisers...!

That was my first thought. Cheeky way of collecting some brand recognition info to provide to partners or persuade the more poorly performing companies to part with some advertising dollar.

Fox and Fox Head... Does Fox Head make any bike gear? I thought it was just lifestyle, like hoodies and flat brim snapback hats (remember when snapbacks were only for the "poor" kids, and if you didn't have an expensive fitted cap you got picked on?), and giant ???? stickers to go in the back window of your pickup to show everyone how cool you are because you are able to buy apparel all by yourself.

@Austink: see though, you just said "Fox", but there are 2 Foxes. For some reason I thought helmets and gloves and stuff was Fox Tail, but yeah that's really just suspension. All apparel and gear is Fox Head I guess, so yeah there is a lot more than just the lifestyle poser stuff. Haven't had Fox gloves in while, the fingers were always too short, but yeah thinking back they had the head on them.
