It has sadly come to this time of the year. The last race of the season before winter kicks in. Having five races in 2014 it has seen many different types of terrain. With riders starting the 2014 season off strong. It would take a combination of skill and luck to take the overall win for the season. Aki Färm was having a put in a big effort over the season. Taking the win of the four out of five races before getting injured in the Downhill World Championship last week. Aki tried to push through yesterday's practice but decided not to race today as he had not fully recovered. This wasn't going to effect his overall standings in the points and becoming the Finnish Enduro Champion for 2014. The rest of the field was going to be in a battle for the 2014 overall results. So with Aki Farm out and the return of Matti Lehikoinen. It means that riders would have to be on the pace to clean up the extra points that were on offer.
Well over a 140 riders come to race the final round today. Tahko had seven different stages and a total of ten. The race wouldn't be easy and riders would have to pace themselves fitness would be playing a big part in today's race. Tahko has some of the longest stages in the series.
