I have to say, I haven't watched much XC in the past so it I can't quite compare. But they manage to film everything so no complaints there. These reporters talk a bit much about components (notably drivetrain, suspension and seatposts) and relatively little about line choice, riding style etc. But I suppose that's just a matter of preference and it may not have been different in the past. But yeah, you can see what's going on so they're indeed doing great.

Junior and U23 are free on UCI's YouTube page. All the elite races are on GCN+ which requires a subscription. Worth it in my opinon since I also like to watch cross and the spring classic races

My question, how am I currently able to watch it live on YouTube? Was it not supposed to stream on Max only? So confused now. I'm down with it, if this is how DH and XC will go.

From what I understand, not all races will be free to watch. These of the U23 races were, the elite races probably aren't.
