@neimbc: Start list is pretty lame as far as WC riders go... Wonder why they couldn't attract more of them when Snowshoe was just last week?

@adamkat: Maybe quarantining rules in Canada? Although I'd think any of the UCI brigade of athletes would have had to have been vaxxed for all their European races.

@adamkat: most had probably made all their travel plans well in advance and the rules only relaxed for international people coming to Canada a couple weeks ago
