Hannah's are killing it this year. So stoked for them.

@ckost absolutely!! Super pumped for them! My dream for them is to take top spot in Cairns this year!! That'd be so rad!!

yeah, Mick seemed to be off the top ten for a while, hes in no doubt back in tenth. I feel like he hasn´t been given much credit for it either!
  • 8 0
Agreed, I rode with Mick on a GT demo day. Super normal guy that loves to ride and loves his family. I'm always rooting for him and Tracy.

danny back on his 27.5 and back in form! good to see, would have been even better if the livestream wasn't cancelled for the Slopestyle
  • 10 1
Hopefully it was still filmed and we will get a "replay"

 Ratboy still on on it!

Keep the wheel size out of the conversation - Hart won because he shreds
  • 6 1
That's literally impossible on pinkbike, if that's true and he switched back, for whatever the reason may be.(tighter track?) That's very interesting, we need to know if we're going to have to sell our 27.5 bikes or not!! @mikeyb76:

@Triber66: @mikeyb76 I just mentioned it because I found it interesting. Danny won because he's danny and he shreds!

Crankworx site has race results that are easy to read on my phone! A technological breakthrough!!

yea Jacob boy, finally on the pace after a slow start to the season

The race season is so much more interesting this year in mens and womens categories. Mid way through and the overall titles are wide open. New faces finding form. "Brand ambassador" freeriders like Casey Brown showing up dedicated DHers. I love this sport.

Is she a brand ambassador though? Isn't she a full time racer for Trek Enduro now?
  • 6 0
Shark Attack Jack, Tracey and Sick Mick. Noice.
  • 4 0
Austrians talent Vali Hoelli would have been in top 5 in womens elite with under 17 years of age ... how cool is that!

Valentina HOLL AUT Sram Rockshox Racing 3:28.70

Interesting that an event the size of Crankworx is only able to draw 14 DH women racers.

Cause all eyes on queen of crankworx ....better price money funnier event
  • 6 2
Because if Tahnee, Pom Pon, Manion, and of course, Rachel were there, she'd be the queen of can't make the podium. Not one female representative in the World Cup DH from USA, so sad.
  • 2 0
She did, several years ago. Got at least one podium. Before that she did a lot of BMX racing. Also raced MTB 4x and was a multiple world champion..
  • 7 0
lolz, someone asks this question everytime crankworx rolls around and she wins or podiums. she did race WCs several years ago, and she had a few podiums, but far more 8ths and 10ths and 12ths. as @BaldBilly says, she's just not in the same class as the women he mentioned. don't get me wrong - she's a great athlete, but let's not pretend she'd roll up to a WC and win or even podium - we already have the answer to that.
  • 2 0
Over 6 seconds back out of first is not exactly a close result, plus with Rachel, Tahnee, and Myriam in the mix who knows how'd she do in a full season.
  • 3 5
@shredddr: Agreed. My problem isn't really with her as much as the state of female dh in the US. Our women suck, period. It's a bigproblem that a women pushing 40 is still the perennial national champion. I mean she is a hell of a rider but she's not Minnar. C'mon ladies, hit the gym and let go of the brakes, the euros have been embarrassing us long enough.

That's super helpful, they've probably just been waiting for some meat head to come with the inspiration, and here you are.
