I hope Gatto can get a little more flow in her delivery. She seems super fun, so it was weird to see things a bit forced.

@rrolly: I would say she is by far the best ground level reporter in mtb. She made me break out in laughter at least 3 times. She is essentially having to interview a competitor either super happy or unhappy. There's nothing substantive to what anyone says after their run so she makes it fun. One interview during pump track she kept making faces at the camera while the guy said "well I was just trying to go fast."

@Rubberelli: There were good moments, for sure. But not as smooth as it could be, or as I was hoping it would be. I hope she works it out. Would love to see her back.

@rrolly: I far prefer the unpolished Warner to the pro broadcaster Warner.

Why the crazy split? Is Blenki really that much faster?
  • 2 2
 Aint touch this...
  • 6 1
yes blenki is that quick, however, the track was very muddy and unpredictable, Sam had a crazy run though apparently one of the 'cleanest' runs he's ever had which is insane considering half the track was covered in sluggish mud

Nail bitingly tight for fourth place though. Heck, tightest margin in the whole race, male event included!

 Fwinning. Blinky and mic tho

No exactly tight racing. Gotta watch it but sounds a lot like a last years WC DH opener.
