For the fourth year in a row, professional coaches Lorraine Blancher and Lindsey Voreis will be taking over Retallack Lodge for a unique women's only trip that includes riding, coaching, yoga and heli shuttles at one of BC's premier back country biking locations.

For 2014, Retallack Lodge has created another amazing lodge trail. This gives the trip access to three unique lodge trails including two diverse single track trails and a Paddy Kaye signature built Joyride jump run. Technical steeps, advanced braking to the art of jumping are some of the skills covered. This niche camp provides plenty of room to personalize the skill building and riding experience to ensure you leave the trip riding strong.

To deepen the bike education, we take a look at our favorite products and why they work. Shoe choice, foot placement, bar width, grip size plus anything bike related you have wanted to know but may have been afraid to ask are up for discussion.

Hey ladies! I would love to do this, but I needed more then 10 days notice!!! When you get the dates lined up for next year, let us know. I'm in! Lorraine good seeing you for half a second in the lift line at Crankworx! Haha. Sorry we didn't get some laps. Next time!
